TetraVX expands product suite with addition of Alertpro365 and added professional services offerings


CHICAGO– September 17, 2018 – TetraVX, a unified communications and collaboration (UCC) company that specializes in the delivery of cloud-based solutions, announced today its acquisition of Co-Mergent, a leader in Microsoft Intelligent Communications Management and Monitoring services.

The acquisition will strengthen TetraVX’s existing product suite by adding AlertPro365, Co-Mergent’s enterprise-class monitoring and analytics platform built for cloud-based Microsoft solutions like TetraVX’s sVX, Skype for Business Online, and Teams. In addition to the expanded expertise around Microsoft products and services, TetraVX will also strengthen its Nectar Professional Service offerings thanks to Co-Mergent’s five-year strategic relationship with the organization.

Alertpro365 includes active monitoring capabilities across a multi-vendor network ecosystem. With a centralized management platform for monitoring, alerting, and reporting, Alertpro365 provides exact issue resolution details to IT departments — significantly reducing mean time to resolution. Additionally, with synthetic testing capabilities, organizations can proactively simulate call quality and therefore simulate capacity impact, should usage increase or a new solution be implemented.

As more and more organizations make the migration to Teams, TetraVX will not only be able to proactively test call quality prior to implementation, but as a Microsoft Cloud Service Provider can provide the licensing and training necessary for their client’s entire organization.
